Send Submitting Form User an email with copy of Submitted Info

I am looking to have a couple adjustments on my current forms but not sure where to start. I would like an option at the bottom of the form for an individual to send form submission to a specific email address of their choosing. What function would I use to allow people submitting forms to do that? Thanks!

I see that you'd like to allow your users whom are submitting to be allowed to have a copy of the submitted email sent to their own email address by choice as well upon submitting via your form.

To do this you will need to add an email field at which point you can then set up an Autoresponder.
