    Visual Report Editor Chart Images breaks when shrink

    I find this happens to me frequently, in fact more often than not.   If I shrink the image size it breaks the image and I have to re-insert it. Could it be a browser issue?

    It will help us check on the problem if you share to us the URL of your jotform that have Visual Report and having the issue.

    Can you also describe more how you "shrink the image size" ? Did you meant like this

    As you can see on my screenshot image, I resize the chart but it doesn't break the chart image in the Visual Report Editor.

    Let us know if issue persist.

    Yes exactly as you are showing I get a broken image link a high percentage of the time. When I have some extra time I'll do a screen record to capture it and send along. 

     

    It happens in all of my forms - not just one.

    Thank you for the confirmation.

    Can you please also tell us which browser you used when you encounter the problem? We recommend Chrome or Firefox as the preferred browsers.

    In my test above, I was using Chrome at the time as well. Although I haven't able to reproduce the problem even on other browser like IE -- but IE is not the most reliable browser among the choices so it is not highly recommended.

    We will wait for your next response with furtehr details.

    I use Chrome and Firefox.  I'm not a user of IE - I have a Mac.  :)

    I also could not reproduce the issue. See screenshot below. 

     

    I see that you are using the recommended browsers. I suggest that you update them if you haven't updated yet. 

     

    If you already have your screenshots you can post it here so we can further check.
