I am creating a flexible payment form, giving our customers the ease of a single /pay page where they can pay for multiple types of product.
The issue with my form at the moment is because I am asking for an email in multiple locations the auto-responder is not sending email recipts. Also Stripe is not capturing the email.
What do you recommend?
a) re-use the email field (if that is possible) in multiple places on the form
b) Have the first question link to multiple different forms, each with their own workflow - if so how would I get the new form to show up in the iframe?

If you want to re-use the email on multiple places of the form, you can re-populate them. A guide can be found here: How to Populate Field with a Value from another Field. Then set the autoresponder for your form.
If you want to embed other forms in an iFrame you can embed them using the iFrame embed widget.

By the way, I noticed that you only have one Autoresponder setup in your form that only sends to the Email field on School Enrollment tab. You will also need to setup one Autoresponder for each email field so that whatever Email field is displayed on the form the user will receive an Autoresponder email.
