How come the Create button is unavailable for the users I created in my account?

    I am the admin of my account and I created users. When those users open their Jotform account, the ''Create'' button on top left of the screen is grey-ish and they can't click on it.

    The reason for this is because your account is a sub-user account and that you can only create the jotfoms once you click on the folder shared with you right under the button and the Shared with you text.

    Once you do you will see that the button gets its not-washed out color and if you click it the forms can be created once again.
