My form is not appearing the same way in view as in builderAsked by vvandm on August 27, 2015 at 09:28 AM
I can't seem to make my form have multiple columns. I created something in builder but when I preview it it is totally different! Could you please help me? I have emailed you guys before but no one answered so I would really appreciate some help. When you are looking at the URL that has these forms the one in question is the patient health history form. Please let me know!
builder same preview different multiple columns
That is because you have injected a custom CSS codes that overrides the field positioning/columns in the form. I've fixed it for you by removing those CSS codes.
If there's something you need to adjust in the form, let us know so we can help/guide you what to do.
As for your previous threads, we have replied but you didn't receive it because your email address was listed to our bounce list. I've fixed it as well. If you need to view your previous threads, simply access the forum homepage: https://www.jotform.com/answers/ and click "My Questions" button:
