Email notifications of submissions are not being forwarded to our email account

    Who can I speak with as to why the submissions aren't being forwarded to the email address. We've tested the email and it is working however the jot form submissions are not being sent to it. Even testing does not work.

    Please do continue this over that same thread (instead of opening new threads) in order for us to be able to properly assist you.

    It will allow us to see what was tried and what has been working - and what has not. While it helps us, it will also help you resolve the issue faster.
