502 Bad Gateway error shown after submitting form

One of my forms is not submitting properly.  When I hit the submit button, it changes to "Please wait" and the bottom of the screen shows waiting for submit.jotform.us... and eventually goes to a page that says 502 Bad Gateway.   I have the form integrated with dropbox and google forms.  The files appear in the dropbox, but the google form does not populate.  I also do not receive an email notification and the completed forms do not show in my list of forms on the JotForm site.

I took a look at your form and I see that you have integration to Google Spreadsheet and DropBox set up on it.

Now based on what you have mentioned, I do presume that you have looked at some other spreadsheet connected to your Google Form?

Now I did try to submit the form as well, and I can see what you mean - there seems to be a big delay when submitting - which is most likely the reason why you see the Bad Gateway error as well.

Seems that your form was saved with the links to javascript files that can not be loaded.

I am not quite sure how this can be so, nor how to recreate the same.

I did open and save your form which has resolved this, but it does seem to take its time to submit again.

Please do try to remove the spreadsheet integration to see if that helps resolve the issue.

If it does, do add it back again and if the issue is happening again, do let us know and we will raise it to our developers.
