Hi,
Could you please explain what you are looking for? Do you mean you wish to link to form or combine form into one?
Regards

OneMissionReplied on August 29, 2015 at 11:45 PMforms (or sections) 1-3/4we have a volunteer registration step (#1) and a order form for volunteer clothing (#2) and for form for donations (#3).
We want the option to access them separately or consecutively. We want to be able to register someone first and push them on to #2 and #3 but allow them to return to complete #2 or #3 and to have #3 accessible and usable by supporters rather than volunteers.
Therefore we really need a step #0 that registers someone (basic info) then routes them to #3 to donate or #1 to volunteer then #2 to get required clothing. This could be a single form with stages. How is abandonment handled and can any user return after step #0 and authenticate with say email/password and complete other parts?

Hi Alexander,
I think you need to create multipage forms for that purpose. Here's how you can do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.
After that, you can add a skip to a page conditional logic. Skipping pages depending on the input or selection from the first fields.
Here's a simple form illustrating the output: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52410758304955. The conditional logic is simply the following:
And to prevent them from accessing the other pages, you can hide the "next" button in each page:
Of course, you also need to add a submit button on each page so they can submit it.
Please get back to us if you need further assistance in this matter.
Thanks
