    Is there a way after a form is submitted that the form is sent back to the client as well for their records?

    Yes, you can do that by using "Autoresponder". Autoresponders are sent a confirmation email to submitter. If you want to add extra information, company info or pdf link about content of their submission, you can customize it easily.


    HERE is the tutorial how to add "Autoresponder".

    After adding it, by clicking to current "Autoresponder" you can reach the email template of it.


    On the following popup window, you can see the template of email. It comes with default table, you add information of fields.


    If you don't want this table design, you can create completely unique autoresponder email.

    First, you need to select and delete the table, then you can edit your email by using tools provided.


    When the customer filled the form, it looks like this on the email:
