Upload Error Message

Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m writing to you because we have a problem with our form created through your website. When I try to send a form, the following message appears:

UPLOAD ERROR

FILE COULD NOT BE UPLOADED FOR SOME REASON

PLEASE GO BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM

The attached file is correct and in the proper format. However, it always appears the same error message.

I’m looking forward to receiving a solution as soon as possible.
