I upgraded this account on 8/26 but the current information here is not reflecting that. I do have another account that was suspended for "phising". Since I am new at this, I was only testing it. It's possible that the upgrade was credited to my account under the e-mail of "email@example.com". The account I'd like to use is under the e-mail of "firstname.lastname@example.org) since I have the forms finished under this account.
Please let me know what I should do.

Since you paid via purchase order, these subscription need to be applied manually. I updated your account to reflect your Bi-Yearly Silver subscription and your account should now show as Silver.
