    502 Bad gateway error message is displayed after the form is submitted.

    Hi, i was just about to upgrade your account, when after weeks of using free trial, i came across an errorr. My form is not responding. And I need it to respond, since i've just emailed my clients inserting its URL.

     

    As a result some of the recepients cannot subscribe, and my limit was used up by people sending the form multiple times.

     

    Please, let me know what can be the problem, and how can I be sure it won't happen on paid account.

    Hello,

    I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. 

    The issue seems to be causing because of the google spreadsheet integration you have in your form. I would suggest you to please remove the existing google spreadsheet integration and integrate it again. That should most likely solve this issue.
