Had this issue some time ago. Removed the captcha option. Now trying to add it back in but using iFrames this time. It works sometimes for some people, but not all. I have no issues with Mac OS X Safari browser.

I checked and test your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30324258190953  on the website but so far I did not find issue with the loading of the Captcha widget.

What I did noticed was a difference in protocol on the embedded form and your website page. The form was embedded using its secure URL (https), while the website doesn't seem to using secure certificate.

Perhaps the inconsistency (sometimes it works on others, sometimes not) was due to the mixed content on the page (http and https contents).

What I suggest also is to re-embed the form using on its regular http URL and then observe if end-user still encounter issues.

Do let us know if issue persist even after doing the suggested changes.

Thanks for catching THAT issue. I contacted my web host and they corrected the SSL issue. I will keep a watch on the Captcha issue and see if anyone still complains. I have tested it also in Windows 10 browsers and it seems to work every time.
