about submitting form

hello , i recently signed up and created a new form and after i clicked and copied the embedded code and email to myself you cannot open it or click on it

Which embed method did you use? You can only send a link to the form in your email, it is not possible to embed the form directly in a n email as the JavaScript wont be processed resulting in a non responsive form or no form at all.

You can send the direct link in your email
