Transparent Input Areas

Hi guys-

I need help with my form. I've used one of your beautiful templates (and I love it!), but can't figure out how to do 2 things:

1. The input area for the credit card info is transparent. I'd like to add either a colored box or line (preferred) so folks can see where they should be inputting their info;

2. I have this silly grey line on the top of my form. Is that due to the background color?

I checked your form and I can see that you already fixed the problems you described. There is no gray horizontal line and the credit card input types have borders on it.
