File Upload Max Size

    Hi, my name is Brittany. I was curious about the size of file uploads that JotForm can handle. Right now we have a free account and file uploads can only be a max of 1 MB. Is there any way to increase this file size upload max number? Most of our clients would be submitting files that are larger than 1 MB.

    Hello Brittany,

    You can modify the size limit of a file upload by:

    Please keep in mind that as a FREE account, you only have 100MB of storage space. You may reach the limit pretty quick.
