    Hello,

I cloned your form and was playing around with it. It seems that the form is working correctly. It could be just a cache issue on the other computer.

Could you please indicate what condition are not working. Since you have many condition, I could be overseeing something. I have tested in both Chrome and Firefox.

    Regards

When the shutter type is picked, Module A, Module C or Version B, it should only pop up 1 of the two profile heights. and when you pick the sliding direction, horizontal you should get the sliding options but if vertical is picked you do not get the sliding options.

It does not work on IE8 and possibly IE9, I do not have an IE9 accessible computer to test it on.

    Hello,

I have been reviewing your form, but do not see any vertical options. I only see horizontal options.

My form conditions work on my computer but when I try it on another computer they do not Screenshot 20

I may be overlooking and will review again. If I am mistaken please let me know.

there are no sliding options for vertical as i stated in my previous comment. I have my conditions working properly. It just does not work on IE8. I have not tested IE9 because I do not have access to it on my work computer.

    Hello

Sorry for the confusion. I have been testing on IE11 and see the following:

    Horizontal option:

My form conditions work on my computer but when I try it on another computer they do not Screenshot 30

    Vertical option:

My form conditions work on my computer but when I try it on another computer they do not Screenshot 41

I currently do not have IE8 or not 9 at the moment, but will try to install it and test it out. I will let you know if I can reproduce the issue.

It seems to be working properly on this version.

    Regards

Has anyone on Jotforms end checked if my form works on their IE8 or IE9? We use IE8 here and it does not work properly...

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. IE8 is very old and is no longer supported by Microsoft. Unfortunately I have to confirm with you. It seems that the condition is not working properly. I will try to install IE9 and verify. Unfortunately, even if this does not work on IE9, there won't be much we can do. MicroSoft no longer supports IE8 and by the end of the year IE9 will not be either.

The best suggestion I could give you is to upgrade your internet explorer or use another one like Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome (This two are more stable).

My form conditions work on my computer but when I try it on another computer they do not Screenshot 20

I will report this to our backend team, but do not guarantee it will be solve in this version.
