Why my FTP upload no longer working.

My FTP was working fine until yesterday. One of my clients received an error uploading a file using a form i created on jotform that has my ftp integrated. I checked the form and saw that the ftp sub folders are not being recognized and i received this error attached when i cut and paste the directory sub folders. I checked via filezilla to see if my ftp is working properly and it seems to be fine. I contacted my website provider to see if they added any restriction to my ftp and they replied saying no new restriction was added since may of 2015. Is there something on your end that could of caused this error.

To my understanding it appears that you are having some issues with using our FTP Upload Feature.

I would suggest removing the FTP Upload then reapplying it to rebuild it to see if that will help to correct the problem.
