Receiving Duplicate Submissions

My form is sending though each submission multiple times. Sometimes a submission will go through three times. Other times, it will submit almost ten times.

This is a common issue apparently, solved by removing and re-integrating google sheets, assuming you meant that you got multiple sheet entries. If it was email entries, then I think there was a jotform side issue that caused it yesterday morning.

Forgive me for sounding ignorant, but how do I remove and reintegrate the sheet?

To redo the integration, go to the form editor and click on the Integrations icon.

Then, you should be able to manage the form integrations.

It seems that there are similar entries on your forms, but they are actually different submissions (uploaded photos are different on them).
