Will users have to resubmit their contact info. every time they want to access our booklet again?

I am currently setting up a receive a free e-book form. The E-book that we are giving users access to once they submit their contact info to us will have constant updates/revisions being made to it. I am wondering if the user will have to resubmit their information to us every time they want to access the book again in the future to see updates, revisions, etc. 

It is not necessary to submit the form everytime to access your e-book if you have shared the link in the confirmation email sent to the user using auto-responder. However, when you have updated/revised your e-book it is required to link the new version to replace the old ebook so that they can access without any issue.
