I have cloned your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. A was able to edit first field and I was able to click on Properties option.
I have also logged in to your account and I was able to select first field inside of Form Builder.
Please clear your browser cache. You can also try using different browser.
If the problem persist, please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to change on your first field. If possible provide us a screenshot of your issue.

We are sorry for confusion. Thank you for your detailed video. I understood your issue. From my side, it works fine. I am able to click on properties when I login to your account.
Can you embed the code with IFrame Method and can you inform us about that issue? I am waiting for your response.

From video you provided I noticed that you are using Italian version of JotForm builder. When I switched my Form Builder to Italian I was able to reproduce mentioned issue.
I will escalate this issue to our developer and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
For now I can suggest you to switch your JotForm builder to English and then to edit your first field.
