When sharing the link, my form appears very far over to the right instead of central to the page.

Thanks

I can’t find anywhere within the attributes a margin-right set to 30px?!
Please can you explain or do it on my behalf please.Also when viewing on a tablet/phone, the logo image doesn’t appear to be responsive.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
You could try this custom CSS code:
.form-all {
margin-right : auto !important;
margin-left : auto !important;
}
The code above will position your form to the center, you can change the values with your own preference. Add it in your CSS tab in your Form Designer tool.
I cloned your form for testing and demo purposes, you can see how it looks like here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52505443938964?.
For the follow up question you have regarding the image not being responsive, I went ahead and opened a separate thread, that will allow us to assist you better. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/657293. We will address it shortly.
Thank you.
