Can you please describe more why you like to do this?

We will be able to provide a better suggestions once we get a better understanding of what you wanted to achieve.

    user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

My initial understanding is you probably wanted the Thank You page to be a PDF Document instead of the form's custom thank you message or a redirection to another website page.

Unfortunately you cannot convert the Thank You page to PDF within the Form Builder. The option I think that can work is if you host the PDF document to a website and then redirect your form Thank You URL to that website.

What happens now is, every time the form is submitted it will redirect to the website that will automatically open the Thank You PDF document.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

    Jonathan,

Thank you. Your initial understanding was correct that we wanted to convert the thank you page to a PDF. The reason we cannot host a PDF on a seperate webpage then direct to that page after the form is submitted is:..... We need some of the items from the thank you page to be populated from the form fields.

Example is. We lend money and if a person requests a letter saying that we have the money to lend, the amount they ask for populates in the thank you page along with other information such as address etc.

If the save to PDF is not possible them I would like direction on how to print the thank you page in a letter format.

    Does this make sense?

I have inspected your form http://www.jotform.us/form/51413633669155 and I noticed that you have set custom Thank You page where you have added values form some of your form fields. If you want you can add values from all fields.

If I understood you correctly you want that your users receive some data they have entered inside of your form when they submit it.

You can also archive that by setting Autoresponder inside of your from, and then your users will receive confirmation email when they submit your form. Inside of this guide you can find out how to set Autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

You can also include PDF link of you form inside of Autoresponder.
