I recently found JotForm and think it is awesome. I want to know if I need to install an SSL on my website.

It depends on how important is to keep the data away from advantageous sniffing hackers.

Usually, the form that should need SSL are those who require to enter payment information or anything that deals with money matters such as bank accounts, online stock market trading, online payments, and credit cards.

I see you have a payment form, so it's up to you if you want to be more reliable for you customers:

Just be aware that you have a free account, which allows you to receive up to 10 SSL monthly submissions. Once the limit is reached, no more secure or regular submission will be received on your account until the counter resets. So, you might consider to upgrade to a paid plan to allow you to receive more SSL submission: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
