Lost Information

I logged into our account this morning and Lost approximately 70 submissions out of our Episode Submission folder. They are just gone. Do you know why this may have happened and what i can do to retrieve them? This is very important that i get this information back asap!

The form you referenced is associated with the user "voiceamerica".  The form is shared from their account to yours and to one other user.  Since we do not remove submissions on our end, it is likely one of the other people that has access to the form deleted them.  Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted submissions.  You may want to follow up with the other two people that have access to the form and see if either one deleted the submissions.

Thank you for the response. I have been the only one to work out of JotForms for the last 3 days to our knowledge and I was not the one to delete the information. Can you tell me which account these were deleted from?

Unfortunately, we do not have a logs of changes made to forms or submission deletions.  You would need to follow up with the other people that have access to the form to see if they had done so.
