I got an email from PayPal (for another account) saying that they are upgrading their IPN service and we needed to update our website for this. Is this something that JotForm will automatically for me for all forms using your integrated PayPal support?

No need to worry, our servers are updated with the latest security certificates that are using SHA-256 algorithm. This update that is to be implemented by PayPal will not affect JotForm's integrations, so you do not have to be concerned. Your PayPal-integrated forms will normally as expected.
