Not receiving email notifications

    I just created a photography session contract form with a payment button at the bottom (via paypal).  I did a test with the form before I added the payment and I received the email notification right away.  After adding the payment button I sent the link to the form to my clients so they could fill it out and pay.

    I had one client fill it out, submit and pay.  I never received a notification email, and it doesn't show any submissions on the jotform site either, but I did get her payment through paypal.

     

    Any suggestions??

    I made a test and it worked fine, the submission will not be sent unless there is a payment via paypal which I "completed" via the submission view only to make to work this test.

    So in theory if someone truly pays, it should work.
