MailChimp Integration: Use different List for the User after Submitting the Form

I want users to go to a mailchimp list called Friday's Freebie, if they fill out and submit the form. I believe I have set this up. 

I also want them to go to a different list IF they check the 'subscribe to marys newsletter' - I only see one way to set up where the name ends up. Let me know if there is a workaround or solution to this.

I don't think this is possible so the workaround would be to create a segment or add your subscriber to a group in your MailChimp dashboard.
