Testing online form and clicked submit button but I did not receive it in my personal email with the information I filled out.

You are currently using your own email address as the sender email of the form. If this isn't working, please switch the sender email to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. Or use Mandrill's SMTP:
