I'm getting "Oops.. Reached your limits!" error when replying on submission

    I am responding to submissions and now I'm

    getting that I have reached my limit

    according to my account I have used only
    40 of the 10,000 for silver account.

    My username is briandavis

    account is silver.

    Thank you for reporting and apologies for the inconveniences caused. I have suspicion that the forward and reply limits of submissions for new plans has not been increased yet. I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution. You will be informed here as soon as this gets fixed.
