This happened last week, and after the problem was fixed, I was still never sent the emails that were created that day.
Its happening again, I use your service specifically for the email feature.
why am I paying 20 bucks per month for something that disrupts my business?
I need the submissions from today emailed to the appropriate parties.
down for a day? that's cool, but I need the emails I pay for the next day.
When that happened last week I went and got my emails via the submissions area.

We are truly sorry about this. The problem is fixed now.
The emails that were missing should arrive later on.
If for some reason the emails still do not come, I would recommend to double check that no fields are missing or set to "Please select" in the email notification settings.
