Error Submission

    My Clients keep getting an error when submitting the form

    I have just tried to submit the form, but it went through properly for me.

    I was first sent to our submit.jotform subdomain to post the data to the server as it should and then redirected to a different URL:

    https://ithriehealth.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?calendarID=174708&first_name=test&last_name=test&phone=%28111%29%20111-1111&email=support@jotform.com

    After going there, the data was set for me and I followed the steps there to see if I would be taken back to some other jotform or be able to see any issue / error that might be the reason you are contacting us for.

    Unfortunately I was not able to recreate any issues, everything seems to have worked properly for me, so I would like to ask you if you could please give us a bit more details in regards to the error that you have?
