I am a sub-user for an account and I am unable to do basic things like create new forms or sort old forms into folders. Can I do these basic functions as a sub-user? If so, how?

    Thanks!

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hi,

Since your account is a sub-user only account, much of the functionality for registered accounts is not available.  If you go to your account settings and click on the "Upgrade" tab, you can change your account to a "Starter"/Free account to gain access to those features.

The forms should still be shared with you.  If not, just have them shared again and you should be all set.  You would then be able to create and organize your forms.  However, you will not be able to change the folders for the forms that are shared with you.
