emails not being received

    Hi, we've got a form that we use a lot (Community Service Verification) - and suddenly, we're not getting notifications when new forms come in. We've checked our spam filters, and have IT whitelisting noreply@jotform.com - but it's still not working. Forms should be received by judy.bohler@alvernia.edu . Nothing has changed. Earlier today, I saved, and then deleted all of the old submissions just to make sure it wasn't a capacity issue... but the new tests still aren't coming through. 

    This has apparently been an issue for about a week. Has anything changed with your system in that time?
