Edit the height of "Thank You" page after submissionAsked by zaleskizale on September 18, 2015 at 04:56 PM
The "Thank You" page is to tall with lots of white space above and below the content copy. The content is centered up and down and as a result when someone registers, they do not see the content.
Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotform.us/form/52596985834172? I cloned the form and did some test submission. However, I was not able to replicate the issue. The Thank You page is displayed properly.
Have you embedded your form to your website? If so, can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded your form?
We will wait for your response.
Thanks, in edit form, it is funky however when I did a registration, it was fine.
If I understood correctly, Tom, you confirmed that there is no issue on an actual Thank You page that users receive upon submission.
If so, we are happy to hear that. Please don't hesitate to open a new thread if you need any other help with your forms, and we will be happy to assist.
