How do I automatically send an email back to someone who has filled out my form?

Asked by furdude on September 18, 2015 at 07:35 PM

I've got several forms and I'd like to figure out, when a submitter clicks the Submit button, how can we send an email back to that person - using the email address they've entered on my form - that we've received their form?

I know that the website directs them to a "Thank You" screen after they click the Submit button ... we'd like to automatically generate an email back to them that their form has been submitted and is under review.

You can set up an Autoresponder email, so that your users receive an automatic confirmation email to the address which they enter on your form.

You can also refer to the following guides for additional information on correctly setting up an Autoresponder:

Please let us know if you need further assistance in setting it up, and we will be happy to help.
