I can't create Autoresponder

Dear Support,

I cant create any autoresponder of my account, and when I do it, I fail to replace the default html content.

When I save my own html content after saving it reverts back to jotform default content.

Kindly help its very frustrating.

I have inspected your form and you do not have Autoresponder inside of your form. You only have Email Notification.

On my cloned form I was able to create customized Autoresponder. When you make changes inside of Autoresponder settings you need to save changes by clicking on Finish button.

Hi, Thank you for your quick response.

I have created the Auto responder as you have instructed, and its actually the same way I did before.
My problem is when I create the Auto responder and try to put my custom code attached, the Auto responder is not saved with my settings, it reverts back to default jotform settings after I refresh my browser. I have even tried to disable auto saving and saved manually several time but on refresh of my browser with +R the settings do not take effect.

I am using windows 10, I have tied on both Mozilla and Chrome browsers with no success.

I have sent via email a copy of my custom code

I was not able to find any custom code sent form your email address jobs@********nnovative.com.

I have inspected Autoresponder inside of your form and it seems that you where able to add your custom code inside of it. 

When I cloned your form and submitted my cloned form Autoresponder email that I received looks like this.

It seem that you were able to save changes and create customized Autoresponder.

Yes I was able to save changes when I used Internet explorer.

However I have failed to save the changes on the notifier 1, I tried to save the same code and it failed again, even with internet explorer. My custom code is as below.

I was able to reproduce mentioned issue. I have added your code and saved notification, but when I want back to My forms folder and opened form again Notification was challenged to default setting. However I was able to customize email Notification when I created new Email Notification. I would suggest you to do the same. When you create new Notification open your email Notification and click on Source Code option.

Inside of Source Code window remove all code and add your code. Then click on OK button. 

After that click on Finish button and then on Save button.

Here is my cloned form where I added provided code inside of  new email Notification.
