Not getting PDF form submission?

Hi there

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but when my client completes and submits the form I'm wanting a PDF copy of the form with the details/information they have completed - I mean the whole form not just the fields they've completed.  I'm not getting this where am I going wrong?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the PDF submission has a default PDF format. 

I presume you would like to have a PDF submission with the same format of the live online form but with the fields prepopulated, is that correct?

There's two workarounds that we can suggest.

Method 1: Add an edit link in your notification

Make a test submission and click the "Edit Submission" link, make sure to open it on a Chrome browser, press CTRL+P and this is how it will look like, you can see in the screenshot below that you can save it as a PDF, with the online form's layout intact.

Method 2: It is now possible to customize the PDF submission's format/template, navigate to your Submissions page, when you click "Get PDF", you'll see the customize PDF
