one of my forms won't work

    form says it is disabled, but it is enabled.  Won't let me change the Thank You page, but allows me to make other edits.  Users who try to complete and submit form get "disabled" message.

     

    Why?  Have I exceeded my forms limit for my subscription?

    From what I found you are having an issue with editing your form's Thank You Page.

    I noticed your form is enabled and viewable as you've said. But when I checked your Thank You page I can confirm that it displays a blank uneditable page at first.

    This is fixable by clicking on the "Use Custom Page" button which will then take you to the page where you can customize your form's thank you page properly.
