How to change email notification's subject?

I have used jot form for multiple events and I just got a new registration for tryouts and in jot form the title is tryout registration but when I receive an email with the submission it comes as a past title, how can I change this?

You need to change Subject of email Notification. 

To do that click on Email Alerts then select you Notification and change Subject of your Notification.
