Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way to "hide" submissions that we don't need to view anymore but also don't want to delete.
Our form has a column that lets us know a project is "complete". Once a project is complete, I would like to be able to hide all of those.
Is there a way to filter the "completes" and hide them so as to cut down on the scrolling of items?
Thanks!

You can filter the viewable submission in the View Submission page of the form using the filter date range option.
Check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
You can see the Time Frame option on step #5
Feel free to contact us again anytime should you need further assistance.

Thank you for this. I was aware of this setting and being able to change the dates. And that will work, kind of. Problem is some submissions haven't been completed during earlier dates and so blocking out a large amount of dates blocks out some incomplete items.
Which is why I wondered if there was another setting somewhere I was missing that would allow me to filter what I wanted to see based on the column where the "complete" is marked.
I'm guessing there isn't so I'll just do what I can.
Thanks!!

You could use the search function to view only the submissions that contain "incomplete:
This would show you only the submissions that contain what you were looking for. You could then download that list of submissions to Excel. This would include only the submissions that meet your search requirements.
