    Somehow, my username changed to cancercouncilnsw from 713steve. I don't know how this happened. I believe it was a glitch in your system.

    Somehow, my username changed to cancercouncilnsw from 713steve.  I don't know how this happened.  I believe it was a glitch/error in your system.  I would change it back myself, but I do not have access to do so from my end.  Please fix this issue by changing my username back to 713steve.  My password is the same, just the username is changed. Also, please ensure that this won't happen again.

    Steve, please accept our sincere apologies for the incident. I have checked our logs, and it looks like one of our colleagues had accidentally renamed the wrong account on 2015-08-14, at 02:33:25.

    I can see that you had posted a thread at that time, and our colleague who answered you there had immediately afterward worked on a username change request by a different user. There was a bit of human error involved, and our colleague had accidentally renamed your account instead of the one from that other person.

    We are truly sorry for this incident.

    I have renamed your account back to 713steve.
