I dont seem to be receiving email notifications any more. I was earlier today, but I created a new form and now when I fill out the form to test it, this new form, plus the other forms are not generating a notification email to me.

Hi SaffronCooper,
I checked our mail logs and it looks fine.
Can you check your spam folder ? As I see, you had set from name as "Your Name" for Notifier 1. This may cause the problem. Most of spam system may assume that as spam because same email address send mails with different name. I suggest that set from name as JotForm.
