I have a huge delay (12hrs +) in the receiving of autoresponder emails. Does anyone else have this problem?

None that I've heard so far. Autoresponders are sent almost instantly after the form is submitted.
Jotform's mail system seems operational and working fine. I suggest to check and review the time of the autoresponders sent by Jotform on your email history http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History. This way you can compare the time it was sent by Jotform and received by your email service provider and find out which has the culprit. If it happens with just a single email, it could be temporary. If it happens all the time, I suggest to compare the time and get back to us with your findings so we can assist you further.
