    a. I have a free account and my understanding its that I get: 100 submissions per month, 10 secure submissions per month, 10 payments per month. Is that correct?

    b. what is the upload space of 100 MB for?

    c. What if I make a payment using a secure form, does that mean I've used up 1 secure and 1 payment?

    d. According to the screen shot, my account says I have used 4 of 100 secure submissions used. 1. How is that possible when I didn't set my form to be secure? 2. I thought I only got 10 secure submissions with a free account, so why does it say 100?

    e. If I upgrade to the $19 plan, would that be $19 per month? Does it mean i get: 1,000 submissions, 1,000 secure submissions, 1,000 payments?

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us, here are the answers to your questions.

    a. I have a free account and my understanding its that I get: 100 submissions per month, 10 secure submissions per month, 10 payments per month. Is that correct?

Currently, there are some changes that are happening at the backend, our developers seems to made the default embed code to be secured or SSL. Which is why in your account you'll see that the "secure SSL submissions" is now 100, same with the regular submissions.

The submission counts resets every 1st day of the month.

    b. what is the upload space of 100 MB for?

Upload space is the total amount storage allowed in your account for forms that has file upload fields on them. Here are some guides regarding it:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-create-upload-forms

    http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

    c. What if I make a payment using a secure form, does that mean I've used up 1 secure and 1 payment?

Yes, that is counted as 1 SSL submissiona and 1 payment received.

    d. According to the screen shot, my account says I have used 4 of 100 secure submissions used. 1. How is that possible when I didn't set my form to be secure? 2. I thought I only got 10 secure submissions with a free account, so why does it say 100?

As mentioned in question "a" above, it seems like there are changes happening at the backend of JotForm. It is most likely because our management will make the form embed codes including the form URL as SSL by default.

SSL submissions are completed from forms that uses HTTPS protocol, in our case, the form URL will use https://secure in them.

In the "Embed Form" option, hover on the green lock icon and it states that JotForm now uses SSL by default

    e. If I upgrade to the $19 plan, would that be $19 per month? Does it mean i get: 1,000 submissions, 1,000 secure submissions, 1,000 payments?

Yes, for the Bronze plan you'll get an increase of 1,000 regular submissions, 1,000 SSL secure submissions and 1,000 payments received for 30 days. Please check our pricing page to learn more about the differences of each plan. So I now get 100 secure submissions, but still only 10 payments, with a free account? Is that right?
