Single Product is not selected by Default

    I have a single product for sale (a Webinar) If the user doesn't select the product it doesn't process with their payment. According to the Payment Wizard, the product should be defaulted.

    Please Respond.

    I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52726755531156 and I can see the single product/item was not selected by default on the form. It was also not set as a *Required field.

    This means that the form can be submitted without selecting the product.

    If you want the single item/product selected by default, you must set it on the payment tool wizard for that item.

     

    alternatively, you can also set the item as *Required field so that the end user will always need to select before they can submit the form.
