What if payment hasn't been submitted via the form?

I see you are using the standard Paypal integration in your form, if the user clicked the submit button but he/she did not continue or did not complete the payment on the Paypal payment gateway page, the submission will be marked as "Incomplete Payment", you can learn more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/
