Can you tell us where to double check our settings. We would like email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to receive all copies of any new submissions that come in.
But I don't think it's working correctly.
Please let us know how we can get this fixed.
Can you please tell us which forms you have set these emails to be sent on so that we can check them for you if they are not working.
