Can you please try increasing the size of your iFrame.

Trata de quitar la parte que comienza con <script></script> del codigo del Iframe a ver si te funciona asi.

I have looked at the page you have provided in an iPhone 6 Plus, and the Submit button is correctly shown:
The Submit button is also showing correctly on Android, Samsung Galaxy S6:
I do see that your website is now using the Source Code version of the form, rather than using the script embed that was there when my colleague made that screenshot in his post above. The form seems to display fully at this time, even on mobile browsers.
