    Hi,

    I would assuming that you would like to customize the URL of your form. TO do so press the EMBED button on the top toolbar.

    To edit the URL press the PENCIL button.

    This will enable to customize your URL.

    Once modified, press the APPLY to save the change. You may now press the COPY LINK to copy share it with your users.
